CHARLES LAWRENCE SURFACES GETS ACTIVE IN POOLE
The sports facilities at the Ashdown Leisure Centre, Poole have undergone a major refurbishment courtesy of Charles Lawrence Surfaces.
The synthetic pitch originally built by Charles Lawrence Surfaces 20 years ago has been completely resurfaced, the six lane athletics track has been retextured and relined and the macadam multi use games area has now been relayed and lined with tennis courts, netball courts, basketball courts and 5-a-side pitches and completed with a new fencing system.
Contracts Manager Dave Fearn says, "all of the improvements were completed on time, within budget and the all weather pitch has passed all the relevant testing to FIH standard. All these improvements will benefit the community immensely, we are very proud of these facilities"
