Charles Lawrence Surfaces has recently acquired Woodholme Construction the civils and laser controlled macadam laying specialists.

Woodholme Construction have gained an enviable reputation throughout the sports surfacing industry as the leader in their field, and the acquisition means that Charles Lawrence Surfaces now carries out its own civils and macadam surfacing in-house, a major advantage over its rivals who typically rely on sub-contractors.

Woodholme Construction employs some 40 people and the acquisition includes its fleet of laser controlled paving machines. As well as working alongside Charles Lawrence Surfaces, Woodholme Construction continue to construct laser controlled engineered bases for other surfacing companies, and to tender for and complete civil engineering/surfacing contracts for both sport and non sport related works.
